On Sunday, June 1, 2008 The Madison Theater was proud to host EVERYBODY'S RECORDS 30th ANNIVERSARY PARTY with some of the biggest names in classic Cincinnati Rock & Roll history.  Six groups performed on stage with the help of equipment graciously provided by BUDDY ROGER'S MUSIC.  All proceeds from the event went to THE MICHAEL BANY SCHOLARSHIP FUND, in his memory, to help educate future collegiate musicians.  Former WEBN-FM and current 92.5 FM ''The Fox'' D.J. MARY PEALE served as Master of Ceremonies for the event which was attended by over four-hundred friends, family and fans.     THE NEW LIME (left photo above) started the night off and THE PSYCHODOTS (right photo above) appeared fourth out of six bands on the bill while Larry and Tim Goshorn (photo directly below) of THE GOSHORN BROTHERS, formerly of Pure Prairie League, played their set third.   THE BLUEBIRDS (left photo below) appeared second on the bill and wasted no time in delivering a West Coast funky horn band sound--much to the crowd's delight!  Veteran Cincinnati bluesman SONNY MOORMAN (right photo below) closed the night out with his Blues set--as he has become known to do in just about every concert venue and nook and cranny Cincinnati has to offer.     (Photo directly below) It was great to see thirty-year Cincinnati players THE MODULATORS in attendance as well as their veteran soundman, Glenn Bladh (inset in lower right of photo below) who made quick and easy work of filling up The Madison Theater's dance floor.  We mean no harm here...but...this band sounds a hell of a lot better now that former Cincinnati Mayor-turned trash TV talk host JERRY SPRINGER is not singing with them!   Were you at The Madison Theater for EVERYBODY'S RECORDS 30th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION?
