James Brown Tribute 12/22/07
Both THE MADISON THEATER & BOOTZILLA PRODUCTIONS deeply regret having to turn people away--including some who drove, from over an hour away, to attend. Part of the reason this show was so successsful (aside from the great talent and Brown legacy) was the fact that there was something here for everybody. Whether young or old, or somewhere in between, Bootsy had ya covered!

''...I'd like to honor that great icon, the late GODFATHER OF SOUL, by proclaiming today, December 22, 2007, as ''JAMES BROWN DAY'' in CIncinnati.''

Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory (appearing via television) presented the ''Key To The City'' to both of James Brown's daughters and son--who were in attendance, at The Madison Theater, for this history-making concert event.
